galleries around town are partnered with the New
England Quilt Museum to offer special exhibits

historic Lowell’s cotton mills to the latest work

to see, the Festival
will offer a FREE HOP-ON/HOP-OFF SHUTTLE connecting
parking areas to all participating
Festival sites.
